Neon Genesis Evangelion is an anime franchise consisting of 26 episodes of a show and 7 theatrical films. The series involves a boy named Shinji Ikari who is forced to pilot the massive Evangelion Unit-01 to kill Angels, giant kaiju-like beings.

Neon Genesis Evangelion has crossed over with Gamera on one occasion, this is the game City Shrouded In Shadow. While they never cross paths, Gamera, Gyaos and Legion appear as one of the levels in this game. Evangelion Unit-01, Evangelion Unit-02 and Sachiel the Angel appear in another level.
