The S-Gyaos (エスギャオス Esu-Gyaosu?) is an empowered mutant of normal Gyaos appeared in the 2023 Netflix series GAMERA -Rebirth-.

Supersonic Scalpel[]
The Gyaos' most iconic signature ability is the Supersonic Scalpel it fires from its mouth. This attack takes the form of a thin red beam which can slice apart objects with incredible precision. S-Gyaos further increased its attack power, enabling it to split the sea and instantly destroys multiple tanks and warships at once, and it burned the points it hit. However, it was inferior to Gamera's armours and shell.

- S-Gyaos' ear membranes somewhat resembles that of Iris which Iris used for flight.[1]
- The scene in which S-Gyaos attacks Gamera with Supersonic Scalpel somewhat resembles a similar scene in the 1967 film Gamera vs. Gyaos.[2][3]
